Half Light

50x50cm, Oil on Canvas

‘They call it dusk, but for me it’s the moment the world softens. Not a dramatic ending, but a transition. Less reactive and more certain. The hour when light thins, noise fades and defences become too heavy to wear.

When the sun and the moon share the sky without rivalry, and the earth gently exhales. In the half-light, the ground beneath is steady and the air whispers, “it’s possible”. (RL)
